How it was made.

A customer how-to, made vertical for phones: each step is a numbered card over the app screen it happens on, so the film can sit in a help centre, an order email or a story.

The brief gave the three steps and the tone, warm and reassuring. The director opened on the moment that matters to the customer, a jacket that did not fit, and ended on the refund.

Every Explainers film is made the same way: one sentence in, a storyboard you approve, then the director paints, voices, scores and animates it, and a critic model grades the cut before you see it.
